Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, washing, or alteration, and must include all original tags and labels intact, along with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

If a product presents a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact our support team within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the item, providing clear photos or videos for evaluation. Once the issue is verified, the customer may choose between a replacement (subject to availability), store credit, or a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on the payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent by the store.
